Complete your Financial information by uploading either the accepted documents.
Complete your address information. You can a current address on this and one previous address. Also if you wish to add a reference request on this. Please select 'Renting through an agent' or 'Renting Privately through a rental provider' to trigger the reference request once you submit your application.
Complete your Reference. This section will be used for your personal reference. The reference request email will be sent after you submitted an application.
Complete Identification part. Please upload to accepted ID on the system for you to complete this part.
Lastly, accept the Terms and Conditions part.
FAQ:
How can I add multiple employment? Unfortunately you cannot do that directly. We advised to add a document under your financial information to explain that you have multiple employments.
Where is the Introduction part on my profile? This section has been removed already when the application form was updated. As we will need to follow the prescribed form that has been provided by the government which has this section removed already on the application form. Same goes with Pets and Vehicle section as well.
I added my details already but when I checked again it was missing? This is usually caused by the data not being saved properly on the system. So when you press save on it, please make sure to wait for this pop up message to show before you proceed.
This ensures that the information you added will be saved. If the issue still persist. Try opening the apply portal using an incognito window or try clearing your browser's cache.
