Changing or transferring over typically takes around 1-2 weeks for Broadband and 3 to 4 weeks for Electricity (provided you're up to date with payment). We’ll let you know when it has been completed.
If your previous supplier contacts you there is no need for you to speak to them. We manage the switching process on your behalf.
