Can I cancel my services?

If you wish to cancel your Sorted broadband service, please Chat us in the App or contact us first so that we can do everything possible to sort out any issues or concerns.

You can take your Sorted broadband with you if you are moving (subject to availability, just sign up your new address in the App), so there might be no need to cancel your service, and exit fees won’t apply because your account moves with you!

If you decide to cancel your service you will be liable for any outstanding invoice amounts, as well as your final invoice amount which will be billed the following month after your cancellation.

To cancel non-Sorted broadband, electricity and gas services, please contact the retailer who bills you directly.
