Can I change my payment date?

To make any changes to your rent payment schedule, please reach out to your property manager directly and they will be able to update this in the system.

If you need to change your broadband payment date, please reach to us via Chat and the team will be able to assist with either a one-off or ongoing change.

If your rent or broadband payment has not been successful, another re-try attempt will be scheduled in automatically. Should the second payment fail, please let us know and we can schedule in a manual payment to be drawn.
