Make a once-off extension to your payment date

You can change your payment date as a once-off (per payment cycle) up to seven days from the current due date. Changes to payment dates must be made at least three business days prior to any scheduled payments. For one-off changes, ongoing payments into the future will resume as normal.

  1. In the Sorted App bottom menubar visit Expenses

  2. Tap the payment you want to extend

  3. Tap Extend

  4. Use the slider to select the number of days to extend by

  5. Scroll to the bottom of the screen and tap UPDATE

  6. Tap ACCEPT to approve the extension

Note: The screens and steps shown in this video may differ as we are in the process of updating our app. 

Permanently change your ongoing payment date

You can  change your ongoing payment date to one that is more convenient. To do this contact us using Chat in the Sorted App (top right icon on the home screen).
