Rent payments are made via direct debit from a nominated bank account, Visa Card or Mastercard.
Payment details are entered through the Sorted app. You can add or change payment details at any time through the App.
Credit card payments attract a surcharge. There is no charge for making payments from a bank account, ensuring there will always be a free payment option.
If you wish to opt-out of paying your rent with Sorted simply speak with your property manager to arrange.
Rent payments for Nelson Alexander are not made through Sorted. Please reach out to your Property Manager directly for assistance.
