You need to let your property manager know first and give them the appropriate notice period for your rental (see your tenancy agreement under 'Rent' in the Sorted App) and they will be able to process your vacate.

If you also have Sorted Broadband you need to contact us via Chat.

Please let us know your move out date and we will arrange for disconnection of the service and closure of your account.

Your final invoice will be generated as part of the following month's bill run, as broadband is billed in arrears.

If there is a final amount owing, payment will be scheduled via direct debit.

You can sign up your new address to Sorted broadband through the App, and we will be able to arrange this connection too. The new address will appear for you in the App if it is leased through a Sorted partner real estate agency, otherwise you can add in your new address to the App manually and sign up.
