You need to let your property manager know first and give them the appropriate notice period for your rental (see your tenancy agreement under 'Rent' in the Sorted App). If you also have Sorted Electricity or Sorted Broadband you need to contact us.
If you have another service with Sorted, such as electricity or broadband, you have a choice:
- We can move your Sorted services over to your new address (where available). We will arrange the disconnection of services and final readings at your old address and organise the set up for your new address (so they're ready by the time you move in). You can keep your Sorted customer account and keep using the App. Simply contact us via Chat in the Sorted App to get the process underway.
- You're moving to a place where Sorted isn't available. No problem. Let us know your move-out date and we'll organise your final readings and pause or close your account. Contact us via Chat in the Sorted App to get the process underway.
