If you were invited to the platform by an agency, you need to add their code so you can accept the terms and conditions for working with them.
Head to the Team page, accessible on the left panel under Sorted Services
Type in the agency name and click search.
Select from the dropdown on where you want your trade's account to be active.

Review agency terms
Click accept on the Terms and Conditions
