The Variation process is used when you need to complete additional work not originally quoted for.

  1. Go to the Jobs tab

  2. Find the work order in the relevant section

  3. Click on the property work order

  4. Click View job on the Request details panel (right side of screen)

  5. Click Add variation

  6. Confirm if you have already gained approval from the property manager for the additional work by selecting Job Approved, or select New Booking if approval and an additional site visit is required

  7. Add notes in the approval section (if applicable)

  8. Select how you wish to invoice the work (if applicable)

  9. Complete the Variation Quote Details

  10. Click Submit variation
