Select the state you are applying in.
When completing the applicant profile, there is a series of different sections that needs to be included. Mandatory sections that have not been completed will appear with a red dot, once completed successfully they will appear as a blue tick.
2. The applicant needs to fill in their personal details.
You can add a guarantor and their details by selecting Yes.
3. The applicant can include a brief introduction and why they think they are a suitable applicant.
4. The applicant needs to add details about their current income (you can add multiple sources of Income by clicking ‘Add another Income’.
5. Under employment, the applicant can add their current and previous employment history.
An employment reference request will be sent to the employer. The status of their response can be viewed in your profile.
6. If the applicant owns any pets they will need to be specified here under ‘Pets’.
7. The applicant can then add any current or previous living arrangements.
A reference request will be sent to the applicants previous Property Manager if any.
8. The applicant will need to add a personal reference (this can be a friend, family member, colleague or non-immediate relative).
9. Identification of the applicant is required.
Images or PDF documents are accepted.
At least 80 points of ID is required.
10. The applicant will need to agree and sign the application declaration. The signature provided is saved and available for future use (this can be updated if required).
