Groups consist of people applying for a property with you, such as friends or family members. They are invited to join your rental application via email once your application has been submitted and will need to complete their own Profile information before their application can be submitted. New groups can be created for different properties that are being applied for.

Managed profiles are for minors or other dependents who will be living with you, and you will be entering information on their behalf. Managed profiles require less detail and do not require an individual Apply profile. They will be automatically included whenever you submit an application.

Once you have clicked on + Create Group, you have the option of entering a name for your group. Use the + sign to enter how many other adults will be applying with you in your group.

Enter in the required information for each member of your group, these will be your co-applicants. Please note that the invitation will be sent out once your own application has been submitted.

Hit Save once all information has been entered. You will be able to see your groups by clicking back to My Groups.

Your group members will receive an invitation to your group, sent to the email address that you have entered in once your own application has been submitted. If not received, please check any junk/spam folders, and ensure you have submitted your application. They simply need to accept the invitation and then complete their own profile.
