If you have a current Pensioner Concession Card, Gold Card or a Health Care Card you may be entitled to a government concession for your electricity charges. When you add electricity on the Sorted App you need to provide us with your concession details and consent for Sorted Services to validate them with the Department of Human Services or Veterans Affairs. Any discounts are then applied to your account.
