Adding a new agent user for your tenancy portal requires the user to be created on your PMS(Property tree, Property Me, or Kolmeo). Once added in on your PMS then it will automatically sync into Sorted within an hour.
If it's still not pulled over to Sorted after some time, please reach out to us via chat so we can check.
Usual reason it's not pulled is missing phone number.
