Using a link sent via SMS or email, tenants can review their tenancy agreement and sign their lease from any remote location using their phone, tablet or PC. No more print outs, hard to read scanned pages and cut off information. That's life made simple.

You'll still be able to schedule in-person signing appointments if that is your preference. Just select the appointment type when you're finalising the lease details.
How do I set a Remote Digital Signing Appointment?
Open the Tenancy
In the side panel, click Remote Appointment
Enter the expiry date of the remote signing access
Sign now or choose to Sign after all tenants
Once the appointment has been set the Tenant can then:
Open the link received via SMS and Email
Accept the terms
Sign
