What is Manual Signing?
For those who prefer to sign by hand, Property Managers and Tenants can sign documents manually. By using the document generation functionality in Sorted Approve, Property Managers are able to create a Tenancy Agreement that can then be downloaded in a PDF format and printed physically.
How do I print a Tenancy Agreement?
Click Merge Applications
Check the boxes of the applications that need to be merged
Click Merge
Follow the prompt screens until the applicants are merged successfully into one application
From here you can save the file locally on your device and print the file. Once the documents have been signed by hand and scanned they can be re-uploaded into Approve.
How do I upload a manually signed Tenancy Agreement?
Open the tenancy
At the bottom of the page, click Attach Signed Documents
Upload the relevant documents.
