How does a tenant setup the mobile app?
Once a signing appointment has been set in the Tenancy Portal, the tenant will receive an SMS containing a link to download the mobile app, their username (email) and a temporary password for them to login.
Download the tenant app from the link provided.
Login using the username and temporary password provided.
Depending on the chosen payment method the tenant may be prompted to also setup their payment details within the app.
