1. Maintenance Request received in dashboard.

2. Click on the property then click Other actions

Actions:

  • Cancel request allows you to cancel the request and notify the tenant.

  • View request allows you to edit change or update the maintenance request sent from the tenant.

  • Landlord attending allows you to assign the maintenance for the landlord to attend.

  • Other attending allows you to send the request to parties outside of the platform.

3. Create New workorder

4. Select the trade by business name or Search by category.

5. Once complete select Submit

6. Repeat the same process if Request quotes is selected

7. The job will then appear in your dashboard under Maintenance Jobs you can track the work order on its journey from Booking Required then Scheduled. To View this select the property then on the RHS menu click In Progress.

8. Once the job has been scheduled and completed the trade will then upload a copy of the Invoice along with photos.

9. Click on the property in the filter labelled Invoice pending approval > RHS menu will appear > Click In Progress.

Click the arrow to expand the job details.

10. Click Approve Invoice for payment. This will now complete the job and hide it from the dashboard. To check all completed jobs, go to the property page and click the Maintenance section.
