How to schedule a Job and upload invoices on behalf of trade

1. After a new work order has been assigned to a trade click on the property with the status Booking required in the dashboard.

2. RHS menu will appear then click Schedule Job

3. Add the Job date, Job Time and Select Tradesman then Schedule job

4. Once the job has been completed ask the trade to send a copy of the invoice along with photos of the job.

5. Go to the property located in the maintenance dashboard that has a status Scheduled then click on the property. The RHS menu bar will appear then click In Progress.

6. To view the details of the job, expand it by clicking the arrow in the far RHS corner.

  • Click the Update Cost tile to change the amount that replicates the invoice amount including GST > then click Update.

  • Click Add artefacts to upload job photos along with the invoice from the trade.

  • Click the + icon to upload photos.

  • Under Submitted invoice(s) type the document name (ie Invoice 123) > click Upload to upload the invoice.

  • Once complete click Confirm.
